Amber & Ash Fine Art ships worldwide via trusted international carriers including DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
Processing Time
Each painting is made to order. Please allow 5-10 business days for us to carefully prepare your piece before it ships.
Delivery Time
- United States: 5-7 business days after processing
- International (all other countries): 5-10 business days after processing
Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders, both domestic and international.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped to European countries, we will make every effort to ship via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping channels, so that customs duties are covered by us whenever possible. However, DDP service may not be available for all European destinations depending on the carrier and delivery address. In such cases, any applicable customs duties or import taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
For all other international orders (outside the United States and Europe), customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
